Muscadine Jelly is the best. Ingrid and I went to a lady that I work with's house on Monday evening and scavenged what berries we could find. I had to boil and smash them twice to get enough juice for this batch. I have one jar already in the fridge we have been eating and I gave mom 3 or 4 jars.

No Helen...those were grapes and these are like a wild grape. I put all my jars in the ref as I did nto want them to go bad.
This jelly is so good.
could you post something besides jars and your counter top... i'm not interested in that. i don't like jelly
You can buy a pint of grape jelly at Walmart for $1. You should be making something worthwhile like apple pie.
Laura, just glad you posted. Now I know what you have been doing. Not everything we do is as interesting as fleta and Erin. Hope Ingred had fun helping you.
